Notice is given that the Middle Niobrara Natural Resources District (“MNNRD”) will hold a public hearing involving an alleged violation of the MNNRD Rules and Regulations by the following operator: Wes Hitchcock. The hearing will be held on Friday June 7th, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the MNNRD office located at 303 E HWY 20 Valentine, NE 69201.
