Notice is given that the Middle Niobrara Natural Resources District (“MNNRD”) will hold a public hearing involving an alleged violation of the MNNRD Rules and Regulations by the following operator: Steve Koinzan. The hearing will be held on Monday September 11th, 2023, at 3:30 pm at the MNNRD office located at 303 E HWY 20 Valentine, NE 69201.
