The Board of Directors approved the final draft of proposed changes to the current rules and regulations at the April meeting. Please see the attachment for the full copy of the rules along with the redlined changes, additions, and subtractions. Hard copies of these changes are available at the office.
The Board will hold a public hearing prior to the June Board Meeting to hear any testimony from stakeholders. This date will be announced and advertised when the June Board meeting is set. If you would like to provide written testimony to be read aloud at the public hearing, please submit that to the office prior to the hearing.
