The Middle Niobrara NRD will hear the public's testimony on proposed changes to MNNRD Rules and Regulations for the Enforcement of the Nebraska Groundwater Management Act.
These changes will include transfers, variances, management zone controls, and the implementation of LB 483 for the expansion of irrigated acres and/or uses.
Copies of these proposed changes can be picked up at the MNNRD office or can be viewed below.
This meeting is for the purpose of hearing and documenting the public's comments and will be held at 1:00 PM on June 6, 2012 in Valentine, NE at the Middle Niobrara NRD office.
